Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport

Modern and chill room deco, the bed is thick and comfortable. Super easy to get to from airport terminals, pleasant staff, I like those cocktails at lobby restaurant. Good water pressure of shower. It's a refreshing stay.

This room was at the level you would expect for the Hyatt Regency. Bed was really comfortable and room was nicely decorated. I had a great view of the airport, but very little noise due to the double windows which was great. It was very easy to have an undisturbed sleep. It was also fun to watch all the planes take off. There was a free shuttle every 20 min to the airport (pick up and drop off) and it runs 24 hours. I was able to get some almond milk for my tea at the Starbucks downstairs (extra cost). It was a great stay for 1 night to get my international flight the next day.

Perfect location if you have a connecting flight, in our case the following evening at 10:30pm. Although our view was of the planes taking off and landing, we could not hear any noise, a common problem with airport hotels.

From the excellent reception we received on arrival through to a late check out we had a fantastic experience. The beds were beautiful and a great nights sleep added to the experience. Every staff member we met was so friendly but professional. I would especially like to mention the receptionist Porsha (sorry if misspelled) she was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived after a terrible experience at another hotel the night before. She went above and beyond with her kindness. Well done. We will be returning. We also experienced the same level of satisfaction at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey which we stayed at a few days before.
